How to set up tittle links in posts

Hi there.

Where is the option to change the links in posts in to the tittle from thread name or site tittle, for example:

i paste the link in post like this:

http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?140-vBulletin-3.8-Questions-Problems-and-Troubleshooting

or

http://www.vbulletin.com


and when i submit post it's show me like this:

vBulletin 3.8 Questions, Problems and Troubleshooting (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?140-vBulletin-3.8-Questions-Problems-and-Troubleshooting)

vBulletin Community Forum (http://www.vbulletin.com)

I've try to find it using searching but with no results :/ TA
