I want to keep the forum location as...
NBADimensions.net/forums
and the CMS to be ...
NBA Dimensions.net/index.php
Is this possible? When I type in NBADimensions.net/forums, it redirects to the CMS.

Yeah, I am done with this. However, I did finally figure out a work around for looking for CMS specific articles....
open up advanced search. The default search is multiple content type..... Switch to single, and then select the CMS prefix. If the thread you are looking for was given a prefix, you might find it this way.

I never found a way to do it but I didn't really look hard.
I just moved all the files to the root and the cms uses "/content.php" and the forum is "/forum.php"

The answer is found here: I've asked this quesiton before, and apparently their support staff didn't really get it the first time around;
They have since updated their help files after my support ticket and I wonder why they didn't really test it out before telling me to look at their help files.

I've made the index.php file..
<?php
define(VB_RELATIVE_PATH, 'forums/');
chdir('./' . VB_RELATIVE_PATH);
require('content.php');
It's redirecting all the images wrong? What am I doing wrong?
