redirecting vbseo urls to new or /forums

Is there a method to redirect all my old vbSEO URLs to the new mod rewrite friendly urls of vb4.0 ? OR if that will be difficult, how can I redirect all those to the /forums main site?

Btw, when I do access the old vbseo urls from search engines, I get a 500 internal server error.... so how do i redirect this error? :confused:
