Hello all,

I am sorry if I am writing in a wrong Forum, but I did not find any another way to get my answer for my question. If it is wrong I am asking the administrators for transferring this topic to another forum, where I can get my answer.

Anyway here to go
------------------

I was using VB 3.8.5, and everythings were fine, wothout any poroblems. But after I downgrade my forum to the version 3.8.0 I get some DB Errors in this page : notice.php, notice.php?do=modify

And unfortunately I dont get any reason for this error.

How can I fix it?

Your problem is the result of downgrading. Why the hell did you downgrade?????
Also, you can't access these files directly.

How exactly did you downgrade? Can you post the link to the error page?

It would help if you gave us a few more details like how exactly did you downgrade for ex? Can you post the link to the error page as well so we can have a look first hand at the error?

I can't connect to your forum but even if I could that is a link inside admincp so we'd never be able to see it anyway, perhaps a screen shot of the error would be better? I know you said you get no 'reason' for the error but there is usually always some more useful information posted with an error.

I didn''t say that. I said only that I don''t provide support through pm''s. I will try to help you here in the forum.

That said, can you view your page source and copy paste here the full mysql error?

P.s. You still didn''t answer my question as to how exactly did you downgrade. What steps did you follow?

hmmmm... I would try going to your hosts control panel (assuming you have one) click on MySQL Databases, and then Repair DB - maybe there's an error? Backup before attempting of course.
