vb 3.8.5 Ticket system?

It doesn't work for vb 3.8.5 do you know any other support suits besides kayako support I have that but I'm the only one who knows how to use it out of my staff team. Productivity is going down because my staff are confused with it, so I was looking for a simpler solution that isn't thread prefixes but more easy interface like the vb hack here:

I tried searching for one for 3.8.5 but the ones I find are dead/don't work anymore.

So, please, does anyone have any ideas how I can fix that previous hack or know of anyone who has a ticket system like the 2 above?

Uh... I already know where that is:\ I posted that link in the thread. I'm saying it doesn't work for 3.8.5.

Works for me on my vB3.8.5 forum. You should read the mod's install/upgrade instructions.
Also, you need to ask for support for that mod in the thread I linked you to.

I read the readme and now I understand. My problem was the usergroup permissions.
