Can someone please make this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=88568 compatible with VB3.7.3?

Basically, I am looking for a forum sponsor section like the one on theadminzone.com/forum.

It is a template edit so you could probably get it to work with some slight changes.
