monetize forum / vip members

Hi, im looking ways on monetizing my site, im with smowtion actually but im not sure about them, i have seen lots of bad reviews

im also interested on offering vip membership yet im not able to find nice stuff for them! i had more options on SMF (like being able to change the nick color)

any ideas on both subjects?

I am using a system similar to this where my users can donate using this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=236480) hack. Once they donate, they get moved into a new usergroup with extra permissions. They also get their user name color changed along with a new icon to show they are a "special" member.

i have the group too, but in my old smf i had an extension so they could set the color they like most

what beneffits do you offer to your members??
