Attachments Plugin

This attachments plugin can integrate with uCash or vBCredits
x view attachments ( Picture Attachments ) will be convert to uCash or vBcredits point
if possible view attachments have previliage with IP Restriction
so just 1 IP per member will be counted.

Attachments plugin have option for ENABLE or DISABLE in some FORUM / CATEGORY
Attachments plugin have option multiplte counting for some USERGROUP
Ie : Premium Usergroup, have 2x point view
