My coding/web knowledge is limited and I am therefore getting a little confused with my footballforums project. Again I have this template (http://i612.photobucket.com/albums/tt206/marcusofplymouth/footballforumswebpage81.jpg) and I want to get VB4 working around it.

1. When hiring someone to do this, am I purely looking for a coder, or do I need to advertise it as a mod job too? All I have is a template and a VB4 license and the two need to be linked together.

2. Should I get a forum page designed too around the template? Or should the coder be able to modify everything for me?

What we're looking at in that picture isn't just a template, it's an entire site. If you can't do any of it yourself, you need a full site admin.

BTW, if you just want to find blue and white templates, I'm sure they're already available.
