How to change a users title?

So I have a new usergroup named Premium Users that people can subscribe to. Is there a way to replace the "Junior Member" with "Premium Member" when they are added to that group? They are added as an additional usergroup rather than a primary.

is there a lot or something, you can just show all users in user search and then edit each account very easy. on the right just change from junior to premium and remove them from junior

We have around 500 in the last 2 months and would like it to be automatically taking care of it.

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Premium Users

I dont think that would work because vb would use the primary usergroup's user title.
