Template? Lost styles?

Somehow -- see attachment -- my styles have gone awry. I thought it might have been due to legacy postbit but it's not. Any ideas that jump out at you? :confused::p

Try to revert the projecttools.css (Styles -> CSS -> projecttools.css )
