i think thats VSA paypal donation mod and the favicon.ico is in the root of forum
so in the same directory as forum.php look for the file favicon.ico . you will have to have one to replace it with , google favicon generator

VSa - PayPal Donation mod does not list the member groups.

sorry don't know for sure what mod that is, but then chop suey didn't really help much either
if its here you can find it for your version in mods, takes as long for you to search it as it would for me :>

i stilll dont know the mod but you can search mods for paypal and see what comes up.

they do have some really good paypal mods in there and vsa paypal donation is a good one has a lot of good stuff in it

Have you tried writing the admin there and asking him? It may just be hard coded. I can imagine a forum block like this would be relatively easy to make, though I don't know what info you blacked out (numbers I guess). And why did you black it out anyway?
