Can I change the order of elements in postbiit?
I am using legacy (vertical format)
I would like the user information to appear in this order...

The order it appears on my board right now is a little mixed up and looks unorganized. I'm very new to forums and databases in general so be gentle with your terms, lol.
Thanks for looking!

Then, there is some status i know. If i am wrong, please, correctly me. All you have to do is cut/paste the information you wanna change the place, and paste in some other place...
If you wanna the "join date" stay after the number of posts, just do that:
<vb:if condition="$post['userid']">
{vb:raw memberaction_dropdown}
{vb:raw post.onlinestatus}
<vb:else />
<span class="username guest">{vb:raw post.musername}</span>
</vb:if>

<span class="usertitle">
{vb:raw post.usertitle}
</span>
<vb:if condition="$post['rank']">
<span class="rank">{vb:raw post.rank}</span>
</vb:if>
{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_left}
<vb:if condition="$show['reputation']">
<span class="postbit_reputation" id="repdisplay_{vb:raw post.postid}_{vb:raw post.userid}">{vb:raw post.reputationdisplay}</span>
</vb:if>
<vb:if condition="$show['avatar']">
<a class="postuseravatar" href="{vb:link member, {vb:raw post}}" title="{vb:rawphrase {vb:raw post['onlinestatusphrase']}, {vb:raw post.username}}">
<img src="{vb:raw post.avatarurl}" alt="{vb:rawphrase xs_avatar, {vb:raw post.username}}" title="{vb:rawphrase xs_avatar, {vb:raw post.username}}" />
</a>
</vb:if>
<vb:if condition="$post['userid']">

<dl class="userinfo_extra">

<dt>{vb:rawphrase 'posts'}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.posts}</dd>
<vb:if condition="$post['joindate']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase join_date}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.joindate}</dd></vb:if>
{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_right_after_posts}
</dl>
<vb:if condition="$show['infraction'] OR $show['reppower']">
<dl class="user_rep">
<vb:if condition="$show['infraction']">
<dt>{vb:rawphrase infractions}</dt>
<dd>{vb:raw post.warnings}/{vb:raw post.infractions} ({vb:raw post.ipoints})</dd>

This is just a example. And this is how i do to customize my postbit legacy.

Ok I'll give it a try. Can someone tell me where to find the source code for the postbit in the style area of the admin cp?
I'm a little nervous to move around some of the code since it looks like some of the attributes belong to parent elements.
Is there a way to revert it all if I mess it up? Besides the obvious backing everything up or just copy and pasting the original code.

Well, this is where you get the postbit legacy style (attached file)
(admincp > styles and templates> find your style postbit_legacy template )
Sorry if i can make you understand, but my admin cp is in Portuguese of Brazil.
And, yes you can revert all of thing you make in the template. Just Chose the template you want to revert, and click the button "REVERT"!
And don worry. You can make changes and see what happens. If all go wrong, just revert the template. That's what i do. Give a try. If you can't do it, just PM me, then i think i can help you more.
