Try disabling Gzip in the AdminCP. Double compressions (both inside vB and the webserver) can lead to these errors.

Post the entire DB msg error when you try to disable gzip in the admincp.
If your "team" cant disable gzip for you, i would suggest a "new" team is in order.

Ask your host to disable mod_deflate
Also could be from the hacks that interfere with each others.

Why would you need your Server Team to change an option in your vBulletin AdminCP?

My Host Server Team Reply to me
Hello,
As promised, I am getting back to you with a status about your request.
I have upgraded your memory limit to 128Mb:
http://www.chennaigsm.org/phpinfo.php
The error message has changed and it seems there is now an issue with
your databse.
We don't support V bulletin, but confirm the problem is not a problem of
compression.
Feel free to get back to us if you have any other question.
Kind regards.
