vb 384 to 4 suite

i have a 384 installation with vbadvanced, i want to install a clean version of vb4 pub suite without unnessary code from vb384 in it.
so i want to install the vb4 suite and then move all users/threads etc from the existing vb 384 install in it is that possible?

i have seen the convertscript from IPB and that is very good, is there some kind of script that does this?

i don't know if i can use impex to do the job from 384 to vbsuite 4?

You're best bet is just to upgrade to 4.0, but if you really want to do an import, you can use impex to do this easily.
