/vb not working /vb/forum.php working

my forum not working without the forum.php
but working if i used
domine . com /vb/forum.php working
domine . com /vb/ NOT working

AND GIVE A MASSAGE i am try to go a thared not existing contact the manager ....
i am already using vbseo , and when disable it ... every thing working good !@!@
how fix ?
