Latest Posts/Threads on Forum Home

Guys, any help with this would be massively appreciated.

When I was on 3.8, I used this mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=185636) to display Latest Posts/Threads on the forum home, manipulated to a location I preferred.

I'm looking to do the same (display recent post titles etc) on my 4 forum. I've tried all the mods that display latest posts etc (like this one (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=231991)) but none will just display latest posts.

So, could anyone kindly advise how I'd display latest posts here;

Thanks for the advice, however I tried that mod but tweaking it doesn't allow just the Recent posts to be displayed.

I tried that mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2029769#post2029769) but unfortunately, there's no way to feature just 'Latest Posts' and disable all other columns columns. At least two columns are required.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a single mod like this one on 3.8 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=185636) that allows manual template insertion of just Latest Posts. :(

Sorry to bump this again, but I'm pretty desperate.

Just wanting to work out a way to display Latest Posts where I have 'World Cup Prediction League' on my forum (http://www.grandoldteam.com). A big virtual hi-five/hug to anyone who can help!
