Super Moderators - Soft Delete Only?

Hiya

Could someone help me on this please? How can I make only admins to be able to physically remove the thread as currently super moderators are able to soft delete and physically remove threads as well.

You must go through Forums & Moderators>Show All Moderators>edit permissions.
