Changing menu text?

Hi guys,

Just upgraded to 4.0 and whilst my members love it for some reason they don't seem to like the "what's new?" menu option and would like it to be renamed "New Posts" like in 3.8 ...any idea how I just change what it's called?

Change the getnew_tab phrase at Languages & Phrases in your Acp.
