I'm getting a lot of spam bots regestering. So how at registration can I set a question like whats 3+3 or something and The answer has to be 6?

Well that didnt stop my spam :( And they all use Gmail so can't ban that email address

Don't do questions like 3+3.
Do questions related to your site's subject.
