Moderate every post?

I've got a big problem. Every new thread and every new reply post I have to moderate. Those options are turned off from every forum and sub-forum. I've try everything ... but it was a waste of time. What should I do to make my forum work properly ?

check some forums that you are haveing trouble with you may have them all configured to do that heres a pic you will have to edit each forum if you have this enabled

if not then its just a user option you dont have right

but I have already did that before 2-3 months. From yesterday it started to show me every thread and post for moderation.

What were you clicking around in yesterday? There are a few different ways to make it so users get moderated, so it would help to know what area of the admin cp you were clicking around in - Forum Permissions? Usergroup Manager? vBOptions?

Thanks for the time ... but I make it. Someone has check to No the forum rules for registred usergroup.
