Impex problem

Hi

I have a little issue when trying to run Impex. I've copied the files to what I think are the correct locations:

impex folder to <site>/impex
cpnav_impex.xml to <site>/includes/xml

Ran Import | Import in admincp. Asks me to "Enter Customer number". No problem, entered...nothing happens.

I've obviously done something wrong, any ideas what?
