[help] vB_Templete Issue

when i m enabling hook from acp it showing this error on index.php

there is non plugin mod and templete is installed.

vb version = 4.0.3 pl 1

i have same problem update my board.

This problem happening only when i am enabling my all plugins/hook option.

I just upgraded my vb.My all previous mod uninstalled currently i don,t have any plugins.Can,t solve this issue.I had this problem after upgrade my VB,tried with uninstall all pllugins but still same problem.

Now site showing without any plugins.I disable all plugins globally via config.php.Please help
