You already have that option in userCP, on the main page you can search by IP, do that and then you get another button that says something like, find other users on the same IP :)

Yeah but we have some with AOL who have a ton of them and I would like something to alert of us with duplicate IP addys.

I use it and I have it set up not to take any action except to post a thread in the private admin section that tells you when someone has logged in under a different username from the same IP. f you need any help with the setting for it feel free to post back.
