moderators can't sticky

Hi I am looking for a mod that will allow me to sent which usergroups can sticky threads.

nope is not there on vb4.0.3 and I been looking for this everywhere

You need to create your own thread in the vB4 section here on vB.org. This section is for vB3 related issues only, so my post is right.
