Is there a "Members Database" so they can all enter their own "Picks" ...?

For example, I run a "stock tips" group. I want a page where members can go and enter their favorite stocks and purchase price.

Could be on CMS or a Forum page.

Also, I want anyone to be able to access this "table" ... not just individual tables.
