Sub Sub Forums

Is it possible to show sub forums in a lower section. They show just fine here... http://www.guildcommand.com/forums/forum.php .
But I want the same look here... http://www.guildcommand.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?5-Legend .
How can I make this work. I am new to vb4. Man I think I should have stayed with 3.

Does vb4 have pages? I cant find them... I am used to being able to create pages for different games, with vb4 I am lost.

One more question. I had my forums idex page showing when you typed just the main url... http://www.guildcommand.com . How can I do this with vb4? All I get now is a website down page. <--- ISSUE FIXED

Still need help on the first 2 issues.
