World Time & MSN Hack

Well the Messenger hack still works ok, but I had a parse error with the World Time Hack with version 2.03, is this a problem my side or has anyone else run up against it?

Well I got it working but, it formats along the right edge of the page, here is a screen shot, anyone any ideas? I tried altering the col var but this did little.

What do you guys have this set at $percol = 13;
