I followed all the directions but this step because I am only 15 years old and dont know what it means or how to do it:
Now CHMOD the /arcade directory and all its subfolders to 0777
Make sure that there is no installer.php in your forum's root directory, if so -> delete them !
Also, it said to search for this in the navbar template but I couldnt find it

But I did find some code with the word 'calendar' in it and it looked similar so I just did what it said and added the extra code before it. This was what it was:
<td class="navm"><a href="calendar.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td>
It kinda worked but not really. See for yourself. The arcade is all blue and different font at the top. :/
