You should talk to your host about this.

Please see the manual: Lost connection to MySQL server during query (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/troubleshoot_mysql_goneaway)

On a shared server these errors are almost always due to an overloaded, oversold server.

It is not free. Host said that "there is no problem in our hosting. Write your vbulletin support"

The MySQL server timing out is not really a vBulletin issue.

We use GoDaddy as a host, we are frequently down for 1 - 20 min with "Server Error 500" errors. We call and complain, they screw around with some stuff, things are better for a while, and then revert.

Well, what do you want for $5.95 per month?

Short answer, you need a more robust hosting service, you get what you pay for.
