Help needed

First let me apologize if this is long !!!!!!

Let me say this is a great community with awesome info and insight. Im new to vB I learned alot but I need some help I am not HTML savey so to say.

Heres what I need
Someone who has a passion for these boards and wouldnt mind walking me through how to do a couple things maybe take me under your wing n personally teach me a few areas of how tos so i can get my board up n growing.

I cant figure out how to change the layout and blocks on my pages
I also need to know how to add banners in areas of my board n use the rotating add on
Add Graphics in the backgruound and around the board
And how do I turn off the force you to register first page LOL
Id also like a clean looking format like this thats easy on the eyes and cant find one to save my life? Which template is this board?

It sounds like what you need is an (co-)admin. It gets harder when you start adding modifications.

But in general, you should stick to one question per thread. Nobody likes to try to answer 5-6 unrelated problems.
