Yes I do.

I had all modifications disabled. It did this right after the upgrade.

Try disabling the skin and see if that fixes it. I had a problem with my showgroups after installing a skin. I uninstalled the skin and the problem did not clear up for me.

Tried that, still no luck.

Try reuploading the AdminCP files, maybe some files are corrupted or a xml file is messing up the other files.

It might be a mod that you have installed.
