stretching background

i wanna stretch the background so it changes sizes with the window....how the hech do you do it with bulletin?

where you add the pic it has height and width or tiled repeat all that, Im not sure if you can make that one fluid as to stretch... is it just to small its going to be lost behind everything but the margens untill your redirected I think. have you tried any of it yet?

I think also if you make it so big it will appear everywhere it will take a long time to load it
