MSN Widget in CMS & sidebar-talk with admin

It's something like a technical support via MSN messenger
Installation in CMS
First you go to this site
http://settings.messenger.live.com/Applications/CreateHtml.aspx
sign in and you will see options
select homepage then
Allow any person on the web by my presence and send messages to me. = YES
then go to Cerate HTML
Select the shape you want to appear by the Messenger on your web site, and then copy the code and paste it on your web site.
cerate the option as you like then keep the code
Then bring the code was chosen and save it in notbad
Go to Admincp->vBullietin CMS->Widgets->Create New Widget
Widget Type: static HTML
Title : Talk with the team
Save
Click Configure on the right of the new created widget.
Remove the default code that appears. Be sure to not leave behind even a single letter.
Copy and Paste the code that you brought before
Leave the template name as is (vbcms_widget_static_page)
Save
Goto Admincp->vBullietin CMS->Layout Manager
Click Go on the Default Layout
Add the Widget to your Layout
Click Save
Installation in sidebar
same first step with code
Then go to Admincp->Forums & Moderators->Forum Blocks Manager->Add Block
Select Block Type custom PHP/HTML then continue
Title: Talk with the team
Content Type : HTML
Content: Copy and Paste the code that you brought before
Template to Use : block_html
Then save
