why no Re-size addon works on my forum?

Hi, im looking some addon for resize the big images in threads (and signs) i tried these and no one works, i updraded to 4.0 and my forum is without not addons, just disabled before to upgrade and now i desinstalled every old those, forum works good but i can use none.

installed them.

none works, i know how to install it and so beacuse i already used those kind of addons in my all vb old versions with not problem..

i dont know how to fix this , ill need this addon since it's too usefull in forums! Im using 4.0.3 version.

Another think i wanna to ask , for avoid to make other thread , is this:

i dont know how to center my logo forum and i'd like to move the user options since they dont looks good because logo forum, and i'd like to remove the language selection (i disable every language and only have one able but it's still there. it's possible to remove it in 4 version? i did it with 3.8.4 version!.

foudn the prbolem i had addons disable on config.php. sorry!

does someone can help me with logo and rest of problems i have?
