how to change logo size?

i been using smoothred style and im not quite sure where to change the size of the logo.

its currently 363x65 and i want to put a 1020x177

I'm not familiar with the 'smoothred' style but in general you just replace the logo with any size graphic you want, you need not make any other changes.
