Could someone please walk through accessing add-ons from the Admincp?
I have no problems installing the product but I cannot find where to go to actually use the product. I have wasted so much time trying to do something I am sure is incredibly simple.
If you could give me a step by step it would be greatly appreciated.
I apologize for having to ask such a ridiculous question

Almost all products add their own settings in the Acp. You can read at their thread description where that can be or have a look at the screenshot the mod authors have atatched.

Does it add it on the main panel of Admincp or in another area? I have looked for the product in every area of the control panel and cannot find the product.
My product manager shows it as installed but I cannot find an area to access it.

They add it all in the main acp area. Mostly at Settings-Options and look at the drop down list there.
What add on do you need to find right now for ex.

Thanks for the help borbole!
I installed the vbh New Tabs add-on. My product manager shows it as installed but when I go to settings > options I do not see the product.
Could this mean I installed the xml incorrectly?

In addition to the import.xml file, did you upload the bitfield_vbhtabs.xml file inside the mod package to your xml folder inside the includes directory? You should upload the extra folder as well preserving the structure intact. Also, most mods have a read me file, it would be best to read that.

I have tried the following regarding the bitfield_vbhtabs.xml file
I have tried installing the following into Forums>includes
XML File Only
Entire Upload Folder
Includes Folder
xml Folder
There is no read me file. I asked this on the thread specfically for the Mod. I was told it was at the bottom near the blogs options. I do not have a blogs options listed or a VBH new tabs option.
I thought I had found it in the phrase manager but i was incorrect.
I have been using vBH - Add new tabs for a while now. I notice that after updating to 4.0.5 the settings disappeared... odd.
