which plugin ads tabs on top of forum?

I remember i saw a plugin that would create TABS and help further categorizing forums to make it look more organized. Basically, it would create TABS on top of every forums and you can include certain forums under certain tab etc.

Tried searching but didnt find this now :(. Please link me to it.
