I believe if you go to phrase manager and search for "Started by"

Look for the Global listing:

started_by_x_y (I believe this is it)

Edit it, and maybe just have it say "By {1}, {2}"

Edit: I gave you the wrong one. Try this:

<span class="label">By&nbsp;<a href="{1}" class="username understate" title="Started by {2}">{2}</a></span>

Put that in the phrase variable: $vbphrase[started_by_x_y_z_a]
