Google Keywords

I am sure there is a way to do this but it has me confused, I use googles webmaster tools to look at the stats for my site, when it comes to the keywords google has the most common as: calendar, topic, search, visit, faq....all stuff that is common to vbulletin but the actual content of my site seems to generate very few keywords, the site is open for google to crawl the entire site, and I have submitted a sitemap.

any suggestions, is there a setting I have wrong...??
