multiple vb with the same users!!

we know that some web sites have a large numbers of usrers and it is difficulte to make more than 15 sections in one main index

it is great to make possiple to get more than vbulletin boards index or some thing like that to get possiple to make very large boards with the same users

it is the time now to get multiple boards with the same table usrers
and we can make it more and more

what do you think?

i just wanna ask about to do something like that because when i make subforums , i get some bad things for examples:
the users can write new thread in the main forum!!
