CMS page only accessible to logged users?

Hello

I have installed VB4 at http://thegoldeconomy.com/gold-forums , however the content.php page is not accessible to guests, I am sure it is a silly obvious setting that I am missing even though it is right in front of me, but could somebody please help me with this?

I would start by reading the articles about the CMS over on vbulletin.com.

Make sure Show on Section widget is set to Yes for the Home section.
