Hi,
Internal links written in BB code open to other pages (in the CMS) and postings (in the forum) open up in new browser windows.
Searching the vb.com I find that the current behaviour is by design and that there is no ACP setting and no suggested workaround than re-editing each link in HTML.
I would like to change this into something like
links internal to my domain, by default open up in the same window
links to other sites open in new windows.
I also find a lot of postings requesting this change; better controll of link targets.
Is there any workaround or mod for this?
It's frustrating no be able to controll a basic function like where links open, something that has been around since the stone age of www and HTML
Thanks in advance
