Add html code in a widget

How do I add the html code in a widget?

You create an html widget, then click the configure button and enter your valid html and Save.

Works fine on my 4.0.3 test site (although you have the last line in there kinda twice). (Where is the image from in your attachment? My configure page doesn't look like that.)
