Hi every one !
it's said all can't install my vb4 in my localhost !
i got this eror when i open /install.php
Strict Standards: Non-static method vB_Shutdown::instance() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in C:\AppServ\www\vb\includes\class_core.php on line 3045
