Who'se Online on CMS Page

This may be an easy question. At least I hope it is.

I'd like to basically take the stuff at the bottom of the forum :
Currently Active Users
and
Statistics

And place that in the sidebar on the CMS front page.

Any idea where I start to get that done?

This doesn't have the statistics like you asked but it has the current active users online I use it as well.
