Thanks Lynne - I have done that...
How would I?... "Go back to stylevars/layoutvars of your style and search for the stylevar variable, enter, edit and save."
I trust I am looking in Styles and Templates?
Thanks.
(I am having a really bad "Blonde Moment"). :O

If I have done it correctly, Lynne - I need to find the Stylevar for "header_color" But I will be darned if I can find it.
I must be doing it incorrectly.
I need a Dummies Guide on that part. :(

That is a very very surprising question for someone bearing the title of coder/designer.
Anyway, go to Styles & Templates, choose your style and from the dropdown choose for the StyleVar option. And where it says: Search Stylevar, enter the name of the stylevar you want to edit and do the edits accordingly and then save the changes.

I have been very busy all day Mate. :(
I haven't got a Search Stylevar - which is what I meant in my post above. (should have made it more clear on my part). :(
Thanks for your reply though.

I hope you didn''t mind me saying that but frankly I was very surprised to see such a question asked by a Coder/Designer, that is all. It is not personal :)

I'm not offending Mate - I am new to coding. And as you can see, still trying to find my way on a lot of things.
Any further suggestions are welcome.

Go to Styles & Template > Style Manager > select StyleVars from the dropdown of your style. There is a box at the top there where you may enter the stylevar name, or you can just go to the header section and find it.

Thank You Lynne,
It pays to come away from the pc for a short break. :(
When I use the "FireFox Bug" as suggested in that link, it shows the code as #a9a9a9 in the header (color).
It also shows this in the Header stylevar too (Please see attachment). It does not change the colour in the header (Background).
Any ideas please?
Many Thanks.
[EDIT] Cancel that - it was in: Header -> Header Background (Couldn't get in there, the first time around for some reason).
Thanks Again for all your help. :)

I never said to change the header_color. I said to change the header_background (it was the background you wanted changed, right?)

I know Lynne, I have just seen it in your reply in post #2 (Missed it earlier - should have taken a break from the PC :()
The reason I said header_color, is because that is what I kept getting sent to, when I did a search for the code etc (FFBug).
Anyway - Thanks again, and I will make a note read carefully, and take a break when needed - After all, Rome wasn't built in a day.
Best Regards.
