You are going to make a wonderful administrator.
Since you already purchased a license, I guess presales isn't the place.
You can start by looking at the vBulletin 4.0 Styles: section (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=247).

once you buy your board from vbulletin.com and download it from vbulletin.com,
you can start downloading free mods/styles from vbulletin.org
as it stats at the top "The Official vBulletin Modifications Site."
if you were wanting to buy a skin/style then google vbulletin styles.
you dont need to buy anything from here, thats what make vbulletin.org so great,
its free along with the support.
if you need any help just pm me. good luck.

Also to have full access here at vb.org you should validate your email address. For more info have a look here:

And welcome to vb btw :)

Keep cool. Browse through one by one. You will find it.
vBulletin.org and vBulletin.com seems more complicated.
Just spend sometime and it will make you understand.
Use the search box if you need something.
Thank you
And All The Best !!

If you have questions reagrding default vBulletin vBulletin.com, the official company website, is the place to go. This goes for licensing issues, installation questions or support. To receive private technical or sales support the ticket system is also available either from the vBulletin.com Members' Area or by sending a mail to sales@vbulletin.com or support@vbulletin.com.
For free available resources beyond the default package, styles/skins or modifications and community support on these, vBulletin.org is the place to go. You will find most using the tabbed section in the top of each page. All the resources available on vBulletin.org are stricktly free of charge.
If you want to purchase styles or modifications then you will need to go to external websites as the official websites do not deal with third party commercial issues.
