Force users to read and reply a thread

hello there !
is there any way i can force users to reply on a particular thread before they can read or post any topic ? i tried to search here but all i found was force users to read a thread without the reply option .

Doesn't exist yet. But you could try talking to the author and providing that as a suggestion, or making an offer to pay someone cash to modify it for your forum.
