Wordpress and VB

Hello all

i just installed VB on my site that currently has Wordpress install running on the / folder and i am wondering if there is any way that the posts from the WP blog would show in the recent activity widget of VB, is that done adding them as RSS ?
Also, can they be added to the Blog section somehow'
